Please share a memory of James to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

James W. Uciechowski of Woodbourne passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 44.

He was the son of John and Joan Winfield Uciechowski, born on May 20, 1979, in Harris, New York.

Known to many as Jim he was a loving hard-working man. He enjoyed the outdoors and gardening and would be caught golfing whenever he had the time. He also enjoyed training Soo Bahk Doo, listening to music especially anything Green Day, and collecting comics.  James was all about art whether it was drawing, sketching, or painting. He loved watching movies, specifically anything Marvel, Batman, or Star Wars related. He had a special knack for cooking and loved creating new culinary dishes for his family to enjoy. His family meant everything to him, especially the family holiday dinners. James also spent time volunteering for Sullivan County CCE’s 4-H program.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his loving wife Theresa S. Uciechowski, his children Alex and Charlotte Uciechowski, his parents, his cousins Rick, Donna, Mike (Jen) Lara, Amanda (Matt) O`Neill, Matt Lara, and a host of extended family. He leaves many treasured friends from the Local Union 373, Home Depot 6172, all his golfing buddies, and all his friends he met along the way. He was predeceased by his loving grandparents and Aunt Mary & Uncle Don.
